Aberdeenshire has many treasures to offer, and we take you on a private tour to some amazing castles, historic areas and a whisky distillery in areas that are stunning as they are interesting. All the castles, all very different to each other and cover 1000’s of years of history. This fabulous day out is a true flavour of Scotland.

A suggested itinerary, which depends on your hotel location:

-Dunnottar Castle - One of the world's most iconic castles
-Crathes Castle - 16th century castle with amazing gardens
-Lunch at nice restaurant
-Royal Lochnagar Distillery/Glen Garioch Distillery/Fettercairn Distillery - Enjoy a fantastic Whisky Distillery Tasting Tour (included in cost).

We can also include Balmoral Castle instead of the Distillery (subject to seasonal opening times).

Please note access to the castle interiors and Distillery tours are subject to seasonal opening times. Access to most castles grounds is free, except Balmoral Castle. Interior Castle tours are charged for. Please contact us for details.

You must be over 18 to taste the whisky during the Distillery tour but younger people are welcome.

Pick up / drop off included. Hotels outside Aberdeen City may incur additional pick up charge.
